Theme Conflict With Credit Card Fields

Hey there everyone,

Having an issue with the credit card fields for Stripe on the checkout page. The checkout page link is:
https://www.saturdaykids.jp/checkout/
You can try adding a product through this link:
https://www.saturdaykids.jp/en/events/strawbees-1-online-late-nov/

As you can see, the credit card fields are very small and cannot be inputted. They’re left as <!– a Stripe Element will be inserted here. –> in the HTML.

Switching to the Storefront theme temporarily does solve it so this is unlikely to be an SSL issue but a theme issue .The browser console isn’t showing any errors either so it doesn’t seem to be a jQuery not loaded kind of error either.

Would appreciate it if anyone can give pointers into what exactly in the theme may be causing it though. Switching themes is not viable because this is a branded proprietary theme.

If you determined that it’s specifically a theme issue, then I do suggest that you reach out to the creators of the thmeììeme to report your case and to get more help with fixing it. To double-check it’s an issue with the theme and not some plugin, you can also run a full test for conflicts as described in our guide:

Also, while we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins and themes are best supported by their own respective developers. More importantly, I would rather not give you any incorrect information.
