• A new client of ours bought and has been using your paid $7 slideshow for some time now. After he upgraded the plugin last week from the WP admin it quit working.

Looking here in support, I see that we had to delete it, then download it again from your member area.

We did that, but you can still see the problem here – redipour.com/redipour-gallery/ where it appears to just show code.

Oddly, if you click on the left, all of the slideshows DO work fine, and all of the images are actually there, it’s just the main page showing a problem when the visitor first arrives.

I tried a new page – inserted a new slideshow and it did the same thing.

I tried changing themes to another theme, and had not quite the same problem – still no image showing, but instead of making the code visible, it just showed a black space

Finally, I tried the WP Twenty Ten theme, and with that your gallery worked fine, so it’s not another plugin conflict. Clearly it’s something about our theme?

We’re worked too hard on this theme to change, and the theme developer has offered to look, but can’t get it figured out either.

The theme we’re using does use a java slideshow on the home page, but that’s not in place on the gallery page. Can you give us any ideas where to look, or explain how your plugin works?

(FYI, your Contact page form on your own website is broken – no form appearing, only shortcode)

I messaged you back on my contact form. I’ve checked out the redipour site and it looks great! Looks like you figured out the issue. Thanks for taking advantage of the premium multi-gallery feature!
