• Hi,

Love the plugin and it the simplicity. I’ve confirmed that I can configure the form properly but I’ve encountered theme conflicts resulting in the popup not doing anything. Luckily it seems to work alright with all my plugins. Can you please lead me in the right direction as far as troubleshooting this issue?

I’m using the WP-Bold theme by Solostream. An example page can be seen at http://new.pharmavoice.com/test-post/ where you can click on “Open Modal” to see that nothing happens. When you do this you’ll notice the div shows up way down in the footer with nothing inside, just a white space and random cursor madness when you hover around.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

@lackadaize – Sorry for the delays, been a busy few weeks around here.

It seems the test page no longer exists, my fault. Likely though it sounds like there is a JS error occuring. You can check this by hitting F12 in most browsers and clicking the console tab. Once there refresh that page and you will likely be shown a JS error, including what caused it, the file it occured in ( useful to see what plugin / theme is causing it ), etc.

PS. I’m not sure if you have seen the notice. Easy Modal has moved. Popup Maker( or Easy Modal v3 renamed ), has too many new features to describe. There is a simple migration tool included with Popup Maker to import from Easy Modal.

I will be glad to assist in any way I can if you still need it. Thanks
