 * Hi, thank you for an awesome plugin and support. I’m using the Gravity Forms
   plugin and it appears that certain fields are not showing correctly. Month, day,
   and year fields don’t appear to be next to each other. They line up below each
   other. The same goes with the hour and minute fields. The form is on:

 * Any ideas?
 * Sincerely,
 * Alan

 * there’s no month, day or year field in your html source code.
    did you remove
   them?

 * Try this one:
 * [http://www.hawaiitrekkers.com/date-and-time](http://www.hawaiitrekkers.com/date-and-time)
 * This has different time and date input types showing how it is displayed. Also,
   when clicking on Calender Icon, Options appear to be out of place. Thank you
   again.

 * For some reason, when I clicked on the link it didn’t load too, but when I refreshed
   the page, it loaded. It should be working.

   and it worked.
