Theme columns

Hello

I have made 2 separate themes that are almost the same, the first is a 3 column theme (installed) and the second has 2 columns.

is it possible to use the first one only for the home page, and the second one for all the pages and posts?

The idea is that only my main home page would contain certain plugins, and the other pages and posts would not, leaving more space for content.
