theme changed on its own… how?

    Dear WordPress,

    I was busy editing my site – http://www.bunteponys.com today.
    When i did a reload the whole theme had changed to the standard theme.
    I did not change it myself… How can this happen?

    Either a bug or someone has found out the password…
    I have changed the password, is there any way i can change the user name for login?

    or perhaps..could it be a user mistake?

    when an upload of a file eg style.css has not finished and i click reload…
    the theme doesn’t find the css file and resorts to using the standard theme?
