So after quite a while (2+ months) I came back to my page and wanted to enter a new entry. I saw that there were new WP Updates, so I first did the updates.

But now, I cannot see any of the post content. The pics are there (featured), and so are the post subject titles, but nothing from the content body is showing.

The content is still there, when I check via admin and edit. But I cannot see it on the page, not in the frontpage grid, and not in the individual post pages…

Is this known and already resolved? All my google efforts have been in vain so far… would love some help.

    Thanks!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

If this is a theme-specific issues then I’m sorry but, as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

    Gnnaaaaa!
thanks to remind me of the obvious hehe… unfortunately: The plugins are all back to active… so I don’t know which one it was. But everything is working, thanks.

Glad to hear that everything is now working 🙂
