 * Are there any automated Theme Builders software (online, offline) available?
 * I didn’t find any themes that is suitable for the site I’m building and I’m not
   very skilled in PHP yet to build one yet, so I’m looking for an automated tool
   for the mean time.
 * I went to this site but it says the mysql database connection is not functioning:
