    Hi

I’m using WP 3.5.1 and Yoast SEO 1.4.4.

I’m also using a premium theme that has nice built-in breadcrumbs. The theme breadcrumb function calls “get_the_title”.

Let’s say that I have a page with a title “Page Title” on my site named “Site Name”. With the Yoast SEO settings at default, the string appearing in the browser title bar is “Page Title – Site Name”. Great! So far.

The problem is that the breadcrumb shows “Home > Page Title – Site Name” also. What I want is “Home > Page Title” without the site title.

    Thanks for your help.

    Mike

    Follow-up. Sorry.

What I would like is a hint how to edit the theme breadcrumbs to do what I want.

What I need to be able to do is set the “SEO Title” for a page without interfering with the “Page Title”

    I solved it!

I switched to All-In-One SEO! Works great! No breadcrumb conflict and full control of SEO Title and Page Title.

    Hi-
I have Yoast Breadcrumbs. The issue is the page titles in my website’s theme covers the breadcrumbs. How could I make the breadcrumbs a tiny bit higher up on the page? Here is an example: http://www.essentiallydogs.com/11-common-myths-about-dogs
I would like the breadcrumbs to be placed so that they have equal space above and beneath them, but I might have to tweak that myself. I am a newbie so if you could give me simple instructions, I would be great. Thanks.
