 * Theme Version 1.4.9. –
 * I added to panel on top naviagation -> Top nav dropdown item hover bg color =
   green color background. But it does not apply. I have the standard blue one.
 * on topics there are missing the bootstrap icons. I can see a placeholder before
   date and before tags:
 * so:
