 * I choose Arras theme but after some time it may be half an hour or in one day
   it automatically changes and take twentyten theme. What’s the problem???
 * To resolve this problem first I deactivate all plugins . After that I deleted
   all plugins from wp-contenets folder but problem is not resolved plz help me 
   to resolve it.

 * Try re-uploading a fresh copy of the theme.
