[Theme: Ari] How to remove 'pages' and 'catergories' titling in Primary sidebar

Huge newby but getting there…

I run the site http://www.rovesandroams.com/ and wanted to know if anyone had any clues as to how to remove the menu titles for pages and categories. Ideally, I’d like these to also be listed as one whole menu but it doesn’t allow this even when I’ve created a menu of mixed categories and pages.

Any pointers for both of these questions would be very much appreciated!
