Theme Apex. Shipping options not displaying in cart on mobile devices

Hi All,
Further to my topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-method-labels-overlapping-the-radio-buttonsdropdown-list-in-cart?replies=3#post-7060267. I still need to fix the problem with viewing cart on mobile devices.

The shipping options are not displaying in cart on mobile devices. It works fine on a PC. It defaults to a the freight option but does not allow the customer to select between freight and pickup.

I don’t know why it works on PC but not mobile. I have tried on both ios and android.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
