   I should be looking for to edit

 * My guess is the stylesheet, but I can’t help you much further since my css isn’t
   too great.

 * OK I’ve had a look at the stylesheet and have worked out how to decrease the 
   space between the horizontal rule and next post using the .apost code
 * .apost
    { position: relative; padding: 0px; background: #fff; margin-top: 2px;
   margin-bottom: 0px;
 * I just need to work out how to decrease the space between the post and the horizontal
   rule
 * Any suggestions?

 * found it, I made the margin-bottom -20px
