[Theme: Adelle] Author name not showing up in posts

I am in the process of switching over my blog (http://thingaged.wordpress.com) to my own server (http://thingaged.com) and for some reason, the authors are not showing up in each individual post on my own server. You can see in the posts on the wordpress.com site that it has the category and then ‘by: [author]’ whereas in the wordpress.org (thingaged.com) site – it only has the category. Any thoughts?
