Theme adds extra "Home" LInk

I just got my first wordpress site up and running, but I’m having a problem.

I select the “Home” page as the defualt static page, and it works — but the theme I’m using adds an extra “home” link to the navigation bar at the top, I cannot figure out how to remove it, I’ve never coded using php before, so I think it might be in that code somewhere? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
