 * I am new to wordpress.org.
    Is the cover WP theme pretty easy to use for someone
   who doesn’t know much about websites. Also how do I get a new image on the header?
   I want it related to nutrition… Thanks Lisa

 * I believe I tested out the “Cover WP” theme [http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/cover-wp](http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/cover-wp)–
   that one, if that’s the one you’re talking about.
 * I found it very easy to deal with and also has custom-background and custom-header
   options inside of it, so you can go to appearance -> header and change the header
   as well as the background by uploading your own images in it’s place.
