# [Theme: 1Page] Need help fixing a few things

 * Hi Everyone,
 * I recently purchased the one 1Page theme, as I wanted a grid layout for the home
   page as the site will be using mostly images. The theme is perfect for the most
   part, but had a lot of extra stuff that I didn’t need or want. Despite not having
   a whole lot of knowledge when it comes to coding I’ve managed to remove a lot
   of that stuff and customize a few things. I’ve almost got the theme how I want
   it, but there are still a few things that need fixing. I’m hoping some of you
   can help me.
 * – On top of the site and each post there is this multi-coloured line. I’d really
   like to get rid of this if possible.
 * – Originally the posts were displayed on the homepage with a short preview of
   the article underneath the title. Since all the posts are just going to be photos
   or videos there aren’t going to be any actual articles. However, when I posted
   something without an text there would just be a blank space underneath the title.
   I removed some code which decreased this space quite a bit, but if there was 
   a way to completely get rid of it that would be great.
 * – When you click on a post there’s a sidebar. I currently have it set up to just
   show recent posts. However, I’m not a fan of the green icons beside each post
   title. If you select “meta” to be included in the sidebar the icons for that 
   section are black, so I know it’s possible to have black icons for the recent
   posts, I just can’t figure out how to make this happen.
 * – I’m not sure when exactly this started happening, but now when I load the homepage
   all the posts start lined up down the left hand side before reorganizing horizontally.
   The site didn’t originally do this, and I also went back and checked out the 
   theme preview and it didn’t do that either, so clearly some I did caused this.
   It only happens for a second but it’s still annoying. I have the original theme
   code saved on my computer and have tried replacing some of the stuff I’ve changed
   with the original code to see if I can figure out what caused this to happen,
   but so far I haven’t figured it out. If someone can offer any suggestions on 
   how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

 * Sorry about that. The developer’s support page specifically says that they don’t
   help with customization, which is why I came here. If someone could let me know
   the best place to post my questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
