 * I am brand new to blog and word press. Have a domain, installed wordpress, got
   the plain/default blog going but want to change to another theme. I was able 
   to upload the new theme to my computer but don’t know what to do next. I am using
   Liquid web cpanel. Thank you.

 * You’ll need to upload your theme to your wordpress directory under wp-content/
   themes/ Then if you want to use the builtin theme editor you’ll need to change
   permissions on those files to where your web server will be able to write to 
   them.
