I created a product feed link for the Facebook catalogue, but when I put it on the platform it doesn’t work.

Hi Eduardo,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Facebook/Meta feed.
When creating your feed and connecting it to your catalogue did you follow the steps as laid out in this blog post of ours? https://adtribes.io/setting-first-facebook-catalog-instagram-product-feed/
Also, can you share your product feed URL with us?
@supportadtribes Yes, I followed the steps. Here is the link: https://maiseminovos.com.br/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/ZUSufTDJ3fNcozGScg4qL4pPDtRKfMkz.xml
Thanks for sharing your feed URL. We had a brief look at it and it seems ok to us. You mention that “when I put it on the platform it doesn’t work“. What exactly did you do and what is not working? Can you provide us with some more details?
I created the link through the wordpress plugin, and when I add it to Meta, it says it is incorrect, I will forward the print. I may be sending the steps I took too.
The website I’m trying to feed products to is a used car store, it has several cars.
@supportadtribes The link you gave me says channel: Facebook Dynamic Ads / Instagram Remarketing
However, on my platform there is: Meta / Facebook Catalog Feed / Instagram
Is there any difference? Remembering that I’m from Brazil.
“Is there any difference? Remembering that I’m from Brazil.” –> There is no difference.
The screenshot URL you shared with us is not working unfortunately. Can you use a fileshare service for it?
The screenshot seems to be about Google and not Facebook?
@supportadtribes It’s from the Facebook platform, in commerce manager, within the ads manager
Strange, in that case it really should work. Did you perhaps put a whitespace before the URL when you copy/paste it into your commerce manager screen?
No, I checked these white space issues before or after the link several times
Your feed really should work, it is also opening just fine in a browser. Did you already ask Facebook/Meta’s support team why they believe your feed cannot be opened by them?
@supportadtribes I haven’t made this contact yet, I will do so and give feedback here, thank you.
@supportadtribes Hello everything is fine? I contacted meta support and this was the response:
By checking the built-in tools, our expert team discovered that the reason you are getting an error when adding XML to your data feed is because there is no <?xml declaration tag at the beginning of the file.
Therefore, to resolve your situation, you must place the <?xml declaration tag at the beginning of the file, when you add the xml to the data feed (in the step shown in your printout).

Reference – Catalog: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/catalog/reference/#da-commerceThanks for your reply. I’am not sure whom you spoke to at Facebook but they are wrong. Just check the source of your XML feed, the XML declaration is on top. See: https://www.dropbox.com/s/46d95yphy5exo8z/Screenshot%202023-09-28%20at%2020.43.01.png?dl=0
