THE WP Social Plug-in – The One That Has It All!

    I literally spent nearly a week trying different WP social plug-ins recently – there must be at least 50 of them! But every one of them had a problem: it was either slow, buggy, ugly, lacking a critical feature, lacking a critical service, abandoned etc. But not this one – this one has it all! Yes, it is a little more work to configure due to its extraordinary flexibility, but IMHO it’s well worth it! Unless you’re after something really simple/basic, don’t waste your time like I did – just get this one.

    You are very welcome vaakash – I was just about to tear me hair out in despair until I found your plug-in. 🙂 I think it’s particularly useful for those who want to use AddThis or ShareThis, as they are good sharing services, but terrible plug-ins. Your plug-in allows me to use AddThis without having to use their shockingly buggy plug-in.

    If I may make a suggestion, I think it would make the plug-in a lot easier to use if the shortcode defaulted to the user’s button preference (as set on the button settings page) – this would make it a lot easier to add shortcodes (you could just put in [wpsr_addthis] for example, rather than [wpsr_addthis type=”sharecount” scstyle=”grouped”], as in my case).
