    Stop crying, stop this silly language.

    My site buys plugins from different parts ، they are great .

    Face it bravely, your plugin is bad, and your technical support is worse.
    not only me who tel that ..

    In fact, we have never had the chance to provide you with real technical support, given that, immediately after our first response, you radically changed your behavior by hammering out the delay (letigime) that we took to respond to you (from less than 24 hours). See the comments above (but again, it’s related to a paid plugin)…

    You keep saying that our plugin is “bad”, that our support is “worse” but you never explain the reason or why. It is not very consistent or constructive.

    Also, if it is “SO BAD” (or “Worse”), why is it still active on your website? Why do you keep using it, then? We don’T get it …

    Be “brave”. Get rid of it.

    Everybody knows now what you think about it … and it’s ok ! Let’s move on !

    That’s a step too far and I have archived your reply. This review is feedback. Instead of stepping up, you lowered yourself and that’s why this review will remain.

    If the reviews are an issue for you then contact the plugins team and ask them to close your plugins. That should prevent any new reviews.

    Hello @jdembowski,

    In fact, we had already received several (fairly intense) emails from this user, that’s why we used this information (we simply copied part of the response we were writing by email). We were not aware that this violated WordPress rules. It’s noted, now !

    Also, we have absolutely nothing against reviews, whether positive or negative. However, in this specific case, it is likely that we were influenced by the nature of the messages received from outside WordPress. We try to remain indifferent but at some point, certain limits can be reached.

    I only say it is very bad plugin , and very bad support.
    But it seems that they do not accept the truth.
    And they are keeping add not truth information like :

    this is all not true , i delete it before and some how it come back to my panel.
    i delete it again and see if it will come back.

    Anyway you see how they use my informations and how they share it.
    Of course this is under your responsibility too , not just them , and I keep all my rights against this act.
