Hello @mnppdt28 and thanks for reaching out to us!
It sounds like the permissions arent set correctly for Read/Write in the database.
Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
Thanks!
hi @wfadam
already sent the report. Please let me know.
Thank you.

Thanks for sending those reports @mnppdt28

It looks like wordfence is not able to access or write to the wflogs folder. This will cause issues with updating the rules and running scans.
Make sure you have database access for your process owner and its Read/Write.
I also noticed that your Firewall is not optimized, which could be directly related to your first issue. From the diagnostic, I noticed your server API is Apache 2.0 Handler
. If you head over to the Wordfence > Firewall page, you should see a blue button that says Optimize the Firewall. Walk through the wizard and see if that helps.
Let me know if you have any issues or questions!
Thanks!
hi @wfadam
Thanks for the reply.
Do you think it causes a connection timeout issue? We can’t access the site atm. https://identitymalta.com/
