The Word not updated for the current day

    Since some days, the web page does not update The Word for the current day.

    The dashboard under Appearance / Widgets /Footer Widget1 correctly shows The Word of the current day. Also after updating the settings in the editor “Elementor”, the web page shows The Word of the current day.

    The user had installed a plugin that “speeds up” the display of the page, by caching the page contents. The cache contained The Word from a former day. After disabling the plugin, the web page again shows The Word for the current day.
