It works with one ad block, but not with two.
Some code is pushing down the widgets.
It seems the issue is caused by the code in block 5.
Can you try to pause this block?

It seems that this ad code causes some issues with the sidebar layout.
Maybe a simple trick could solve the issue.
Define the height of block 5:

It seems to work now.
I would suggest to define only block height (e.g. 520px) as the theme may resize the sidebar width.
