The whole pages are still downloadable from mobile

    Hi there, I’m using WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click plug-in and it is great on Desktop but I just discover that whole mobile website can be downloaded as PDF on mobile Android OS using Opera browser – that is seriously troubling! Not sure whether it is the same for the phones and tablets using other OS’. Is plug-in malfunctioning and what to do to disable download of mobile website as PDF?

    Hey @support:

    This plugin does work well on desktop, so thank you for contributing to the WordPress community.

    As @fpyb shares above, however, mobile devices—not just Android— can still copy and paste content.

    I have posted in this thread because if @fpyb and I are experiencing this, likely other users of your plugin are as well and we could collectively benefit from your follow up.

    Thoughts?

    thanks. Glad to know thsi someone else has noticed this as well. However, as you see, I’ve posted this 5 weeks ago and still heard nothing from @support ! So I’ve no idea how to solve this but, since majority of people on the planet now access internet content from their phones or tablets, this is a bog problem. the app is said to protect content from copying but it only protects about 40% . Anyone who wants the content badly enough can just go to their phone or tablet and download everything as PDF – that’s not right. It’s also not on that @support does not reply at all! If you @cyborg88 have an idea how to get @suppot attention, please do it;)

    Indeed, that @wp-buy has not followed up is unfortunate.

    Researching and testing alternatives, I discovered the following solution, which in practice has a better UI and more comprehensive suite of protections.

    Testing on multiple sites shows it offers mobile protection as well, and on the backend you can customize the appearance of the message.

    The plugin support forum is also active with the plugin developer responding to support messages.

    Perhaps give that a shot to see whether it meets your needs?

    Just tested on Android phone. Google browser is OK but opera still offers download as PDF which can be executed. So not a complete solution. I ticked all the boxes except Disable left Click and Disable images actions (Mobile).
