    JS Help Desk sends ticket id to visitor/guest email address.
    Help Desk also sends a link to reply to the ticket.

    Hello Help Desk team

    Because our clients are very important to the company, it is vitally important, when registering a Ticket, show our visitor / guest their Ticket registration number on the website.

    Is there any way to configure the ticket number to be shown to the visitor / guest after registering a request?
