@webmiorelys the JS console errors you sent is coming from admin-bar-v2.js, which seems to be part of Jetpack plugin. Do you have that installed?
If so, try deactivating it and visit System Dashboard again and see if the endless spinner issue still persists. If so, please check JS console error again. Otherwise, it means you’ll need to resolve the issue with Jetpack first before using System Dashboard.
Another alternative is to use something like Plugin Logic and disable Jetpack on the System Dashboard page.
