I created a form to allow users to upload resumes and it worked fine until a couple of days ago.

Now, every time you try to upload a file, it says, “The uploaded file exceeds the maximum upload size of your server.”

    Any ideas what to check?

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@mat7355 , do you have any cache plugin installed?

    1. Please update to latest version 1.3.5.1.
    2. Clear your cache after the update.

Thanks for your fast reply. Sorry it took me a day or so to get back to you. It says Version 5.1.9? (Contact Form 7 right?)

I do not have any cache plug in installed.

@mat7355 , no not the contact form 7 this plugin “Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7” it currently you are using the old version 1.3.0.

Latest version is : 1.3.5.1, please update.

Haha. Thank you Glen. I’m an idiot….lol That worked beautifully. Do I need to get a cache cleaning plugin after all?

    Thanks so much.

So I may have spoken too soon. I do not receive the error about the file size exceeding any longer. But when I test the page, no attachment comes with the email. I did find a way to add a link at the bottom which I used to download the file but it was much easier with the file attached to the incoming email.

Think I need a cache cleaner?

    Thanks again.

@mat7355 , to attach files to your email you need to add up-loader name in “File Attachment” field.

    See here: https://snipboard.io/ZgXkQD.jpg

Change the name correspond to your the upload field you had created.

    Figured it out. Thanks!!
