What is the actual name of the plugin?

“MU Plugin” is a generic term for WordPress, it refers to a “must-use plugin” as in a plugin which runs first and cannot be deactivated via normal means, because something else requires it.

WordPress itself does not ship with any MU Plugins, and we often discourage them.

If the plugin you’re referring to was just called “MU Plugin” then it was likely just a custom job written for your site and not something anyone else would have.

    hello James,

The name of the folder MU Plugin I* don’t use any custom job

The folder is also not standard. Very odd that you’d have it with no files inside.
