Thank you for your response. Yes, first within the Popup content block or text container there is a HTML or Visual text editor. If you use the bullet (list) tag, you see it display correctly within the text editor but not in the Popup output.

In other words, the following bullets and indentation will not display in a popup:

Why I think Popup Maker is possibly the overall best popup script ever created:

    • Outstanding IDE
    • A layperson can modify or create your own template without coding anything
    • The output is surprisingly esthetically beautiful
    • Works seamlessly with H5P

    Regards,
    wireB

    Hello @wireb:

You wrote: “[W]ithin the Popup content block or text container there is a HTML or Visual text editor. If you use the bullet (list) tag, you see it display correctly within the text editor but not in the Popup output.”

I’m not able to reproduce that result. When I create list items in the Popup Maker content editor on the ‘Text’ tab, they display properly in both the ‘Visual’ tab of the content editor, and on the front end of my test site.

You’re site is complex, and there may be code from plugins and your theme that are overriding the expected behavior of the Popup Maker plugin.

Please submit a support request through our product website so that can investigate and discuss your issue among our team.
