    Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Also, please make sure that the shared website is publicly accessible.

    Dear Vinod,

    Thank you for your reply. I can’t provide a public website URL at the moment, I develop the site in localhost while finish my work.
    I figure out the problem, hope you can check it on your side:
    The top of the live result calculated properly if you view the site as guest, but if you are logged in as admin, you have an admin bar (wpadminbar) on the top of the page.
    The plugin add (twice) the height of this admin bar to the absolute top position of the live result.

    Could you please share some more screenshots and make sure that you share whole screen in it?
