Hello @alexlii,
Our main plugin dev is out this week, but we will take a look at this next week.
Thank you!

Hi @alexlii,
Sorry for the delay; I was away last week.
Are the visual composer fields available on the custom tabs’ editor on the edit product screen?
My apologies, I’m not too familiar with Visual Composer and our implementation of the editor is standard so I’m not sure why the VC components aren’t added to the saved tabs editor pages. I will try to look into this today. Any additional information you have will help.
Let me know,
Kevin.
Hello Kevin,
Thanks, should you need Visual composer Plugin, you may download at http://up.crumina.net/plugins/js_composer.zip
and setting manual here: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Visual+Composer+Settings
it is mostly provided with theme license by theme developers.

Hi Alex,
I looked into this and the reason our saved tabs (and custom tabs) do not work with Visual Composer is that VC relies on custom post types (CPTs) and will use the main content editor as the VC editor. Our saved/custom product tabs are not defined as CPTs and therefore you can’t use VC with them.
This would be a pretty big change to the structure of the plugin so I can’t imagine this feature will be coming.
It is possible I misunderstood the settings and there is a way to enable VC’s editor for any editor, but I could not find it. (I disabled the “classic” editor and set VC’s editor as my default, but this did not change anything.)
Sorry about that – it seems custom tabs are not compatible with VC.
All the best,
Kevin.
