    Thanks for your recent message.

    We reply to all emails within 24 hours. You only sent your email 1 hour ago. You really don’t need to swear at people. It is very easy to remove the advertisement if you follow the instructions.

    All users can remove the ads by going to your site admin, WordApp->Monetize and deactivating the ads.

    The “Powered by WordApp” link can be removed in WordApp->Settings.

    The ads are displayed by default just to show you that you can earn money from the ads.

    I would appreciate that you change your unfair/rude review.
