    The features are excellent, of course, and the support is also truly wonderful!

    I’m very satisfied with the functionality, and I also really appreciate how flexibly they handled the contract process.
    They kindly issued a refund for an account where I had missed the contract renewal notice, which I think is very important for users.

    I’m glad the plugin is doing exactly what you need, but I’m especially happy you mentioned the renewal. Missing a notice happens to everyone, and we never want a user to feel penalized for a simple slip — sorting out the refund was the obvious right thing to do, not a favor. It’s genuinely good to know that mattered to you.
