Plugin version: 4.10.2; WP version: 6.7.2; PHP version: 8.1

    Hello,

I am testing out this plugin on my staging site which uses the Divi theme. I successfully connected my Mailchimp account, customized my form, and then embedded it via shortcode in the body of the linked page. However, when I click Subscribe, there is no response whatsoever and I don’t get any emails. In the Inspect tool console on Firefox, the only error I can see that might be related to this is:

    “Uncaught (in promise) null”

but it does not specify anything else.

In the Inspect tool console on Chrome, that same error appears plus another error that might be related:

“Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED” from the file “_jb_static/:1”

and this error from an unspecified source as well:

“Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received”

My staging site’s error logs don’t indicate any errors or warnings related to this either.

Could I please have assistance with figuring out this issue? Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @tobet,

Are you using JetPack and some other plugins to optimize the site and minify all code? If that is the case, can you please disable all plugins on your test site and let us know so we can test again?

    Hi Harish,

Thank you so much for your response. I was disabling my plugins one-by-one which somehow broke my staging site, so I had to restore it and lost my MC4WP info. I had to recreate the form but this time didn’t add the style tags in the form code builder, and that seemed to fix the problem.

I’ll let you know if I have any other questions or issues.

    Thank you!
