    The subcategories of my header menu cannot be linked to the corresponding products. I set the main category and subcategory of the product, but I can’t link to the corresponding product when I click it. My e-commerce website, the link of the header menu is very important to me

    You should be able to click subcategory menus, Can you please share which theme you are using? or share your site URL

    I use the OMMI theme in the ecommerce plugin and the Thrive plugin, I just click on the subcategory in the menu store, but it cannot link to the corresponding product

    for example:SHOP
    – vase
    -phone case
    I can’t click them to the corresponding subcategory product

    Hello @light002

    I don’t have access to paid theme (OMMI), but it could be the CSS overlapping which means a another element is overlapping on menu making them un clickable.

    I will recommend contacting your theme support as they can help you with better suggestion.
