The src of the minified files is wrong

Hey,
I run a new WordPress Multisite installation with 3 sites.
I have network-enabled W3TC.
All sites have the same configuration.On one of the sites, the src of style/script tag is messed up, it gets something like this –
http://domain.com/site//http://domain.com/site/wp-content/cache/minify/000004/M9DPzcnVLy6pzEkFAA.cssThe other 2 sites are working perfectly.
Please advise.
