"The site is under development"

    I used ipage to create my URL and bought my theme through the Mojo Market. I bought the WordPress package that will instal the theme for me. My dashboard looks normal and says my theme is installed, but when I go to my site its says:

    ” the site is under development”
    This page indicates the webmaster has not uploaded a website to the server.

    I am brand new to this, so I have no idea what to do.

    Any advice?

    Look in the root of where you site is installed – there is likely an index.html file which shows that page. Ask iPage if you don’t know how to do that using their file manager.

    Hi WPyogi,

    I don’t even know what the root of a page is, let alone where the index.html file is. Furthermore, even if I find it, you never mentioned what to do with it thereafter :/

    I’m trying to contact iPage’s support now, but it seems this whole thing is going belly up sadly 🙁
