    Tried using this on our site and it works great to stop new spammers from registering on the platform.

    However when we try to check on old spam users in the 30,000 member database; we get the following error:

    The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Can someone please help with it?

    Check users for spam should work without errors. Could you send us ( PHP logs with CleanTalk errors? We need to investigate this.

    Yes, the site works fine. Just that the old thousands of users who spammed the blog are still a part of it.

    Here is an instruction for you:

    1. Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    2. Find the plugin “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Update now.
    3. Version should be 5.127.4
