Hey, you probably have a 500 error on the site, but WordPress 5.2 hides the errors from the screen (for security reasons), you have access to PHP error report on the server? Try to check the error.
How to know it is 500 error and its from hoating.

Because now i can see error is experiencing technical difficulties.

It seems to be sort of folder / file permission.
Please check the folder & file permissions under “wp-content” folder & make sure all the files / folders have access privileges by the apache web server , so that it might solve this error.
