The site doesn’t connect to QUIC.Cloud CDN

Hi,

I have connected 4 websites to Quic.cloud CDN.

I don’t know why the CDN configuration for only one of these sites the link to the CDN didn’t work! I linked it a long time ago, but the link was never completed!

For the website that didn’t work, here’s its status, with the error 1113:

I clicked on “Run CDN Setup” and get this message: unauthorized access to REST API

How can I solve the issue of the one that didn’t work, and get it to display “Account is linked!” and “CDN Setup Status: Done”?

please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

the site is on “under construction mode” , it blocks the communication to our system as well

you can disable construction mode for moment , link it , re-enable it afterwards

or whitelist URIs /?rest_route=/litespeed/ if possible

Hi @qtwrk,
I’ve deactivated “const. mode” and clicked on “Run CDN setup”.
This error message appears: Unauthorized access to the REST API. Your token has expired.

please try reset it in CDN set up (at bottom of page) , then re-start it , with construction mode off
