    The address and name fields do not support Asian characters at all, making the service completely unusable.
    Unless this issue is resolved, users in Asia will not use this product.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your feedback. We’ve tested this on our side and Asian characters are working correctly — including Bengali and Chinese characters, as shown in this screenshot.

    To help us understand what’s happening in your case, could you please:

    1. Share the exact characters you tried to enter (name/address), and
    2. Confirm the database collation for these tables on your site:
      • fct_customers
      • fct_customer_addresses

    This will help us reproduce and identify the issue more accurately.
