Support » Plugin: Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress » the "sent to editor" button is inactive

  • Resolved sazgur

I downloaded this plugin and started to test it. but the “sent to editor” button is inactive. I mean it’s not possible to click it. so I can’t use this plugin. what is the reason?

Another question, how can I change the main player in my wordpress to FlowPlayer? Now, my theme is using JPlayer.

I noticed this too, but I also noticed that after you paste a video URL, you have to wait to read the video information (about 4-5 seconds sometimes) then the button activates.

I have also noticed that sometimes I need to paste all 3 video formats before the button becomes active. I never have all 3 formats available, only .mp4.

Yes, the same condition. but, I waited almost for 4-5 minutes, still the same. the botton did nor activated. I also added all 3 formats, even I don’t have all of them, still the same. what is the problem?

The button becomes activated once the video preview is shown. For the preview to work you need to provide a video file that is supported by your web browser. See here for some info on video formats on different browsers:

I will soon release a new version of this plugin where this is better explained in the UI.

Yes, It’s like that. Chrome is still not availabel, but IE 9 is Ok AS the Author said.
