The section is working very slowly HR

Hello. Initial system setup. The HR section is working very slowly. I checked all the plugins (deactivated them), nothing helps. The other sections work well.
I click on the employee, departments, positions. It opens for about a minute (very long). 
I also tried to create a duplicate on another site (firm.it37.ru). that is, I did everything the same, everything works fine there. I also completely deleted the site and did everything from scratch, the same thing. I ask for help, how can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out, this is a bit weird to know that ERP is making your site slow. As you have already tested by deactivating rest plugins.

No. The site itself works well. One hr section is working slowly. All other sections of the site and crm are working fine. How do I contact your support department?
