    Hi,
fortunately I managed to get the price calculation right, it works great until recently.
Recently the plugin doesn’t seem to save input in the backend, especially concerning the new if conditions in the formulas. I save, when I go back in, the saved data is often gone or the display is just like this: —-

I tried all possible measures, empty caches, save x times to DB, empty transient cache, Server settings optimized, delete all other products with the CPO Builder, each variable has its own slug, deactivate another plugins, nothing helps. JS errors are not displayed. Of course, I have also observed the order of the fields, read the docu …

This also applies to the dynamic display of fields in the frontend with conditional logic conditions such as (example) show the field if uni_nov_cpo_var1 greater 60 and/or uni_nov_cpo_var1 less 70 … it only works correctly with 2 fields, not with others.

Is there an overview of how to build complex logic conditions? I have searched a lot …

    many thanks for an answer,
    regards

    Hi,

I think you have overwritten your options from another product(s). The symptoms are pointing to this issue. But it is not obvious as in the builder when viewing the configuration of certain product it seems like everything is ok. It is because the data has been overwritten in the DB only. In the configs it remains the same.

    Hi,

many thanks for your answer, but I delete all other products with the CPO Builder, the NOV is only in this product, the conditional logic for fields too.

The entries in the DB are overwritten if you choose unsyc and then sync again, right?
What is the best way to clean up the database for the Builder? I see / compare the right CPO option ID in my fields and in the Backend CPO options.

I have the impression that the NOV does not work properly, even with additional if statements in the formula calculation; is there a way to control the NOV in the console? The output in the frontend is only possible in the Pro version, right?

Do you have an example of a product with complex if loops for price calculation (not for Pro) somewhere?

    many thanks for an answer,
    regards

    Hi,

Not sure what I can say here. If you think that NOV does not work properly, then please write down the exact steps to reproduce the issue on my installation.

Otherwise it is an issue with the configuration of your product. We offer a paid configuration service. Please, let me know if you are interested in.

No, by simply syncing/unsyncing you will not overwrite anything in DB. You don’t have to clean up the DB specifically to work for Uni CPO.

    Hi,

    Fortunately, with the formulas, yes.
Not yet, unfortunately; with the Field conditional logic builder, it just doesn’t seem to work to show and hide multiple fields after requesting the size of a variable.
I have tried all variants. Normally, if the variable is > 30 and < 40, the field should be shown, which is possible, but if the 2nd field should be shown when the variable is > 40 and < 50, the 3rd when > 50 < 60 and so on, it doesn’t work, no matter if I take bigger-smaller or between. Only if I enter the condition > 40 (or < … e.g.) for the 2nd and further fields alone, it will be displayed, but then all fields are displayed at the end, which should not be the case.

Please, show how did you configure it?

Sorry, I’m not getting a message, I just saw it now

    the view: example

    the Link:

PS: when i take an input value from the form, it works, but with the variable not correct. But it must be the variable, otherwise it becomes too imprecise

If you want to have access to the backend, I will set it up,

Your product does not work for me. I tried to change this and that – nothing changes.

Also, I do not really understand your setup. What should I choose? What should I expect? How exactly did you configure this part?

    Thread Starter IraCamirai

    (@iracamirai)

the value of the Variable can be compared in the frontend with the value in the bottom right-hand corner under “Gewicht kg” (I calculate it with jQuery in an extra function)

Actually, if you enter e.g. in the form (material thickness) Materialstärke: 10, (length) Länge: 690, (width) Breite: 570, the field for the surcharge 31 kg should be displayed; from 40 kg (e.g. 10, 800, 630) another field for the surcharge from 40 kg should be displayed, etc., but it does not work

    Field conditional logic builder

variable greater or equal 40 …. works

    variable between 50,
    59.99
    …works not

as far as I can see, it’s about the class “cpo-visible-field”, in which file can I possibly edit it?

Probably it is better when you tell me the exact steps I have to follow to reproduce the issue on my localhost. You can send an email.
