    I tried to access the public part of the API for your site and got this: “Access to REST API requests is restricted by iThemes Security settings”. These security settings are likely the cause of the errors you see. If you are not having trouble editing posts or otherwise using your site, there may not be any reason for concern.

    yes i face issue with post editing. i get time out error https://snipboard.io/aP8ViU.jpg and after that 503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later! https://snipboard.io/G2UMDy.jpg
    i have tired to deactivate itheme plugin but error not gone.
    please help me

    After deactivating the security plugin, try additionally removing it. Remove by using the link under the plugin name on the plugins list admin screen. Using this link can sometimes invoke some clean up script that will possibly remove whatever it is blocking API access.

    Caching can confuse the results of anything you try. Flush your browser cache and any server caching that might be in place before deciding a change has no effect.
