    Hi Guys,

    I am trying to play videos on my site using the guide: https://html5box.com/html5lightbox/

    Now with everything placed, followed step by step, i am left with the error:

    Not Found

The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What is causing this error and how could i fix it? i saw a similar thread on here (4 yrs old) and they mentioned editing the permalink? what on earth might that entail?

    Here is the site i’m working on, videos under ‘testimonials’ (just the first vid so far)

    Research is indicating the problem lies in my permalink settings?

    I have it set to custom structure, with ‘/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/’ added to the url, this was already here…

    sorry i can’t be more clear with my query.
