    Please advise

    My Currency Rate Dynamics always shows 0.00%
    I read the previous message on the forum and changed the PHP version to 8.2 – but it did not help!

    Please help me solve the problem

    PHP version 8.2

    Cache plugin:
    WP Fastest Cache

    I installed the classic version of Widgets and set the setting: never cache the Currency Rates widget

    To better understand the issue, could you please clarify a few details?

    1. Does this happen every day or only on weekends?
    2. Which currency pair are you using?
    3. Which currency exchange rate provider are you using (check “Currency” => “Provider” in the settings)?

    Please note that some currency rates do not change on weekends when the forex market is closed.

    1. This happens all the time!
      But just yesterday at lunchtime I installed PHP version 8.2 (previously I had version: 8.0)

    The user was provided with email support.

    The problem has been resolved: there was a bug in API. Now all works fine.
