The product is awesome but the support is just phenomenal.

The product is very good, they really thought through how to solve this for scale. I did stumble over some inconsistencies, especially regarding more recent innovations. But overall a huge improvement in efficiency, I would never want to do without it again. I have tried other products, this one is by far the best.
But what completely blows my mind is the support that Tom gives. It feels as if this man just never sleeps, not on Sundays, not late at night. Most issues don’t even need a support case, because he goes out of his way to just resolve everything in real time through the chat. And often, if a bug or room for improvement is found, he comes back a day later with a new release that fixes the bug or provides the new feature.
